Mainland Portugal and Spain: 2–4 business days. Free shipping over €120. Below that, €5.90.
European Union: 4–7 business days. €12 flat. Rest of the world: 7–14 business days. €24 flat, plus any customs duties on entry into the destination country.
Orders processed on business days before 3:00 p.m. ship the same day. You always receive a tracking code by email.
Thirty days from the delivery date to return any item in its original condition. A prepaid return label is included with every order within the European Union.
Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. Returned via the same payment method used for the purchase.
International orders outside the EU: the customer is responsible for return shipping.
To exchange size or model, return the original item and place a new order. Simpler and faster than waiting for an internal exchange process.
